Studies show a brisk walk can be just as effective as antidepressants in mild or moderate cases of depression. Walking will help reduce stress and anxiety by releasing endorphins.
3. WATCH A FUNNY FILM
Laughing is the best medicine, maybe a cliche, but there is meaning to this one. Release tension, feel good, by watching a comedy and laughing for a few hours.
4. SEE A POSITIVE FRIEND
Hang out with a positive thinking friend, talk about nonsense, or your feelings. Let it out. Talk about it , reach out .
5. DO YOUR FAVOURITE HOBBY OR PASS TIME
Be it shopping, a game of golf, a trip to the gym, reading a book, going for a manicure, do what you love to do, make time, think about yourself, you are not being selfish. Life can be hard at times, it is okay, just remember it is important to remember the positive.
